Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Sonu Kumar. The stolen articles appears to have been recovered from the godown of other accused and except the above stated confessional statement of coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
