The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have got executed the land of the informant by impersonating someone as the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. As a matter of fact, the informant executed the aforesaid sale deed in favour of the petitioner and presented the sale deed for its registration before the Registrar and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32044 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 accepted its execution. The photograph on the Aadhar Card of the petitioner is also matching with the photograph pasted on the aforesaid sale deed. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
