2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 17.04.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126, 352,351 (3) , 324 ( 4 ), 132 and 308 (3) of BNS and sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 24.02.2025 , while informant, who was Block Development Officer of Lalganj Vaishali, was simply discharging her duty in office , in the meantime , all the accused persons named in the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1983 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 F.I.R., including this appellant came to her office and abused her by caste name and demanded Rs. 5,000/- and also extended threat.
4. Considering the fact that all the accused persons including this appellant created obstruction in discharge of her duty and other circumstances of case , and I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
