JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 16.04.205 the informant has received telephonic information that the accused persons have assaulted his brother Nachak Bind with lathi and danda and they have broken his leg and hand. Some times thereafter, he again received information that his brother has died due to injuries. The informant rushed to village at Sarangpur and filed a written report in Bhabhua P.S. and on the basis of which Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015/G.R. No. 745 of 2015 has been instituted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25092 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are ladies and they are in custody since 16.04.2015. It is further submitted that omnibus and general allegations have been made against the petitioners and no accusation of injury has been attributed.

On behalf of the State and the informant it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015/G.R. No. 745 of 2015.
