JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Near about 31 litres liquor are said to have been recovered from grocery shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.03.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
