JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Prosecution case is that 108 ml foreign liquor was recovered from outside the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
