Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chowk P.S. Case No.125 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information that Arvind Yadav @ Jogar, the petitioner, was selling liquor and on such, the house of the petitioner was raided but nothing was recovered. It is further alleged that 125 litres of liquor was recovered from a dilapidated house and the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Taking into consideration the facts that it appears from the FIR itself that the recovery was made from a dilapidated house and nobody was residing in the same, let

No.33112 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No.125 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
