The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Six persons came and committed dacoity in a petrol pump but on chase Wajir Ahmad and Dilip Prasad were apprehended by the police who disclosed the name of the petitioner and other persons, namely Raju Dubey, Monu @ Saddam, Dharmendra Nut and Chhotelal Shah who managed to flee away.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was apprehended by the police. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28616 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 disclosure made by the apprehended accused. The petitioner was apprehended on 22.11.2014 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwan P.S.
