No.77812 of 2018 , by which the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court within a period of six weeks and to deposit a bank draft of Rs.62,000/- in four of O.P.no.2 and then he will be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of the learned court below with condition to pay the remaining amount within a period of two months, however, this modification application has been filed though the bank draft has been prepared but the

From perusal of the record it appears that the order has been passed on 19.2.2019 granting six weeks time to the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the order, however, if the petitioner appears before the learned court below at once and ready to deposit a bank draft of Rs.62,000/- the learned court below shall consider the same while considering his bail application.
