"That the present writ application is being filed for a direction upon the respondent Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter to be referred as "BSEB" for the sake of brevity) to issue marks sheet to the petitioner no. 2, of the Secondary School Examination, 2017 (Compartmental/Special) held in the year 2017, after adding the Internal Assessment marks in Science and Social
Patna High Court CWJC No.21293 of 2018(5) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 Science subject as the marks granted in these papers have already been sent to the BSEB, by the principal of the Utkramit M S Dahila, Baghakhal, Gaighat, DistrictMuzaffarpur (herein after to be referred as 'school'), within time."
Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Board, submits on the basis of written instructions, which he has received from the Bihar School Examination Board, that after taking necessary action, the petitioners' grievance has already been redressed and correct results accordingly been published. The Principal of the concerned school as well as the petitioners have been communicated about the correction so done and publication of correct results.
Considering the above stand taken on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, this application stands disposed of.
