The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 120 of 2020, dated 30.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 371, 419, 420, 467, 468, 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33081 of 2020(2) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

As and when such an application shall be filed, the court below shall take into account that similarly situated person has been granted bail and shall pass orders in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
