The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran, at Motihari in Ghorasahan P.S.
