Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 364, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and in course of investigation, Rajesh Yadav was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing the involvement of the petitioner. The above stated Rajesh Yadav has already been granted bail. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naughachia, Bhagalpur in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case no. 401 (A) of 2011.
