The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol as also 12 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner no.1 while a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner no.2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. They are in custody since 12.8.2021 and have no

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the two petitioners not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case no. 48 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria.
