The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 489/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Ram Bharosh Das has already been granted bail vide order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22516 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27951 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 489/2014.
