====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 registered under sections 147, 341, 323, 327, 504, 427, 380, 354, 379 and 506 of the IPC.

No.36964 of 2019(6) dt.30-09-2019 2/3 The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners entered into the house of informant and assaulted her and also outraged the modesty of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute inasmuch as both the parties are neighbours. Learned counsel further submits that no injury has been caused to the informant or anybody from the side of the prosecution. Learned counsel further submits that the date of occurrence is 30.01.2019 but the present FIR has been lodged after a considerable delay of 8 days on 07.02.2019. Having regard to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are neighbours and there is a considerable delay in lodging the FIR, having no explanation, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to all the petitioners.
Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
