The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2002, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 13.01.2015. He was remanded in this case on 16.03.2015 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Adhoc Additional
