The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

2 liters of Mahua liquor has been recovered from an open field of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from an open field, which is accessible to general people. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
