The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :

For quashing letter no.145 fishing/Bettiah dated 06.03.,2009 issued by the District-Fishing Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah by which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22265 of 2018(4) dt.13-01-2021 2/3 Reserve Jama Revenue of the Karmawa Man Jalkar, Lal Baraiya Majhauliya-Block-West Champaran, Bettiah has been fixed Rs.93,960/- per year for the next five years which has been sent to the Director, Fishing, Bihar, Patna and communicated to the petitioner and also for directing the respondent authority to fix the Reserve Jama Revenue of the said Jalkar in accordance with law and as per earlier direction of this Hon'ble Court. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has earlier filed a representation for reddressal of his grievance. However, for the expeditious disposal of his grievance, petitioner propose to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4. The respondent is directed to hear the petitioner/petitioner's lawyer personally and pass the speaking and reasoned order.

In view of the above, in case such representation stating detail grievance is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks along with a copy of the relevant documents, judgment and order, if any, in support of his grievance, the above respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in the representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days.
