The prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of the order dated 17.2.2014. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, in seisin of the case, has reported vide Letter No.103 dated 08.5.2015 that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. On account of his being on leave, the trial could not be concluded but is likely to be concluded within two months. Considering the aforesaid report, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial is directed to be concluded within two months from the date of receipt/production of a coy of this order.
