====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 278 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 438 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 16801 of 2019. As such the petitioner be also granted the privilege of anticipatory bail based on fact.

4. The learned APP, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad opposed the anticipatory bail application and submits that this is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39166 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 the fourth anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, it is further submitted that accused who got the privilege of anticipatory bail had approached the Court in time and the petitioner at his leisure is approaching the Court.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application.

6. This application is hereby rejected.
