It is alleged that one stolen motorcycle was recovered near the Gumti of the petitioner, who runs a motor garage. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 25-03-2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
