The Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2022 in connection with Mokama Police Station Case No. 140 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

There is recovery of 1252.08 liters of Indian Made Foreign liquor from milk van.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 22.05.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special judge, Excise, Barh in connection with Mokama Police Station Case
