The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 240/2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against him is that as a Branch Manager, he along with the agent of Sahara India, converted his fixed deposit into another scheme without informing him. The allegation is that since the petitioner was in need of the money and the same was not being refunded by them, the petitioner became suspicious and demanded his matured amount, but they did not make

The further case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already retired from Sahara India in the year 2015 itself and he has only recently come to know that he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the money is available in another scheme and has not been defalcated by the petitioner. He thus submits that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Session Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 240/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
