The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he is the owner of 4 katha 4 dhurs lands of plot Nos. 1331 and 1334 and the petitioner and others are tenant. One of the tenants Syed Sultan Ahmad filed Title Suit No.697/2013. It is alleged that in the said Title Suit a copy of sale deed No. 1507/1907 was filed, which was found to be forged and fabricated.
It is submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he filed the deed which is said to be forged one and similarly situated accused, namely, Manik Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail.
