The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 23.04.2022, while he was taking rest at his home, the accused persons, including the petitioner, came variously armed and abused and assaulted him and his wife causing injury, accordingly they were brought to Doctor in a senseless condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman having clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations of assault and abuse are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34913 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 nature. It is further submitted that after the occurrence, a panchayati was also convened and the informant alleges that the accused persons did not obey the dictate of the panchayat as such the present F.I.R. came to be instituted, further the injuries suffered is simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
