The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the possession of the petitioner one suspected stolen motorcycle was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure list does not contain the signature of the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

No.25643 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015.
