The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24248 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2013, the trial has not been concluded in the stipulated period and in near future it is not likely to be concluded. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the only I. O. has been left to be examined and as he has been transferred so he has not been examined.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his such prayer stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt/production of a
