BAJANTHRI) Date : 23-06-2023 The instant petition has been filed for following reliefs: A) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents and in particular the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Health Engineering Department, Patna to make payment of balance amount of Rs. 18,44,000 (Eighteen Lakhs Forty Four Thousand) in Tender Application no. 07/2019-20 as Petitioner has already supplied different tools and operators etc. for sinking of 39 new Tube well size 125 mm x 115mm x 70 mts. Deep by DTH cum Odex method and the amount has been withheld without any justifiable reason.

B) Any other relief/s, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances may also be granted."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his grievance is stated to have been recommended by the Executive Engineer to the Chief Engineer and it is pending consideration before the Chief Engineer. Therefore, the Chief Engineer is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance
