2. It is not disputed at the Bar that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in terms of the State Government
Patna High Court CWJC No.10892 of 2019 dt.09-01-2020 2/2 Letter No. 1516-2-509/2019-2617 dated 13.11.2019 and office order of the University contained in Memo No. 1727 dated 19.11.2019 and pension is being paid to him which shall also be continued.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
