JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-authorities for making payment of salary and allowances to the petitioner, for the period of 01.10.2012 to 31.01.2017, along with statutory interest, since the salary and allowances for the said period has willfully been withheld by the respondent concerned, without any rhyme or reasons and even after directions having been issued by the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga, vide his letter no. 1403, dated 30.09.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the District Project Officer, Bihar Education Project, Darbhanga has also issued a no dues certificate on 06.05.2017,

Having regard to the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Darbhanga by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, and in case such a representation is filed, the Collector, Darbhanga shall consider the no dues certificate granted by the District Project Officer, Bihar Education Project, Darbhanga dated 06.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law including that of payment of admitted outstanding dues on the head of salary pertaining to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
