The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511, 354B, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner outrage the modesty of the informant and tried to establish forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 01.07.2014 the complaint was filed on 05.07.2014 which came to be registered as police case on 02.08.2014. The petitioner happens to be the uncle of the informant and due to the land dispute the accusation has been

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
