JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed in the year 2005. On 26.11.2014 he got information that his daughter has been killed then he went to his daughter's matrimonial house where he came to know that his daughter has been killed by her husband and other-in laws for clour T.V. and the dead body has been disposed of. Submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, daughter of the informant and she died due to diarrhoea after nine years of the marriage but due to ulterior motive the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17656 of 2016 (3) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 informant lodged the present case making false allegation of demand of color T.V. Further submission is that out of wedlock, petitioner- deceased, there is three children. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 19.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 143 of 2014.
