Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Salkhua P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, registered under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Block Education Officer, Salkhua alleged that the petitioner withdrew Rs.11,91,500/- for construction of three class rooms in the year 2010-11 but till 12.08.2016, the petitioner being the Headmaster of Primary School, Ghormaha did not complete the construction of three class rooms and the work worth Rs.1,52,468/- remained to be completed. Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner has already completed the work although after institution of the FIR, let petitioner, who is a lady, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
