The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mohania P.S. Case No.527 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, Rajgrih Bind alleged that while he was working in his field, he saw that she-goat of Krishna Bind was grazing his field. When he forbade, the accused persons assaulted him with fists, slaps and other weapons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34930 of 2020(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 is case and counter case. Mohania P.S. Case No.528 of 2019 is registered on behalf of the petitioners. The informant and others got simple injury. Now the case has been compromised and good sense have prevailed.
Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that there is case and counter case and there appears that both sides entered into scuffle and assaulted each other, but now the case is compromised, petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.
