The petitioner is accused in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, registered under Section 302, 120(B), 34 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the written report of informant Chandrasekhar Singh, the F.I.R. was lodged against six named accused along with three unknown and this petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation vide para 68 of the case diary, it has come in the statement of Vinod Yadav that he heard about hands of this petitioner in the present case, except that there is nothing against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17717 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 59 of 2015.
