The petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 08-09-2014 in a case registered under Sections-304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The husband of the deceased has already been sent to jail custody and the investigation of the case against this petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
