Patna High Court CWJC No.10458 of 2019 dt.09-01-2020 2/2 order of the University contained in Memo No. 1727 dated 19.11.2019 and pension is being paid to him which shall also be continued.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
