Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.02.2015 on the accusation that he was caught with stolen motor cycle but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and motor cycle was not recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with
