In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
This Court, vide order dated 19th March 2014, rejected the bail of the petitioner and sought the report from the court concerned in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013.
The report dated 21st March 2015 of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi shows that out of nine witnesses, three witnesses including the information have been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7731 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 examined.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, direction is given to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
