The petitioner no. 1 Ram Bharose Chouhan seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 07.12.2020, this Court granted bail to petitioner no. 2 but kept the decision pending with respect to petitioner no. 1 and called for the case diary. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no. 1 who is the father-in-law of the deceased is in custody since 24.06.2020. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Considering the aforenoted facts and taking into account the period of custody of petitioner no. 1 viz. Ram Bharose Chouhan as also the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
