JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 601 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and also snatching some articles.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and falsely been implicated in this case and so far other cases is concerned, they are on bail.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge XV-cum A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 601 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
