====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Syed Ehtsamuddin, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagr P. S. Case No. 234 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017, corresponding to CRI No. 1460 of 2017 and TR No. 2379 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 307, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33384 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/3 Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though he is said to have fired at the informant but the informant admittedly was not injured in the occurrence.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017. On being questioned about the reason for the petitioner's incarceration for such a long time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was made accused in several other cases and in all such cases, he has been granted bail by now.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the circumstances and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Madhubani, District - Madhubani, in connection with Jaynagr P. S. Case No. 234 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017, corresponding to CRI
