The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and one Md. Ziyauddin were apprehended by the police and on search one loaded country made pistol with cartridges were recovered from possession of Md. Ziyauddin. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 06.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.H.Q. Rizvi, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Atri P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
