The petitioner is accused in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, registered under Sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that the Police received information regarding realizing of money from the truck drivers at Jakhbaba Asthan. Thereafter, Police reached there and found 5-6 trucks were standing there. On seeing the Police jeep, some persons started to flee away. On chase, the petitioner was apprehended having a loaded country made pistol, who disclosed the name of his three associates, who succeeded to flee away.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17737 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 12.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-5, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhauula P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
