Seeing the police, a person who was standing near a motorcycle since before, ran away was apprehended and further he confessed to have purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from one Ramchandra Dhaka and is stolen one. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and is under custody since 18/09/2014. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Dinesh Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Uma Shankar Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sikrahna at Motihari [East Champaran]/successor in the office in connection with Chiraiya PS Case No. 243/2014.
