JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.100/2015 registered under Sections 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol, containing with four cartridges in the magazine. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2015. It is further submitted that while the petitioner is accused in two other cases but in both cases, the petitioner is on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17649 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 100/2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
