The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379 and 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that seven persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner having lathi and danda came at the door of the informant and on the order of Ram Ekbal Thakur, Mukesh Thakur caught hold the informant, petitioner and Sanjay Thakur assaulted him through Farsa causing injury at his head. They also took away the ornaments and cash from his house. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and the informant are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, occurrence took place, in which, petitioner's side also sustained injury regarding which, Basopatti P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 is also instituted on the basis of written report of petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Madhubani/Successor Court, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
