2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the pretext of marriage, petitioner established physical relation with the informant and when she conceived, he refused to marry.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that witnesses, during course of investigation, have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
