Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 27, 39(B), 44, 49(B) of the Wild Life Protection Act. From perusal of the written report as well as impugned order, it appears that petitioner is said to have purchased the skin and bones of tiger and, therefore, it is admitted case of the prosecution that petitioner did not hunt the said tiger.
